How to use?

In order to display the correct information first of all set the sensitivity of choice, your goals, set your step length, weight and units for calories and speed.

- Set either you want to listen of your steps covered, calories burned and pace speed while you walking

- Tap on play button to start counter of steps, burned calories, distance, or speed to display also on the graph with steps information.

- Swipe to the right to see the data recorded until the previous day.

- number of burned calories, please enter your age, gender, weight and step length accurately.

Check the accuracy:

* Click on "Pedometer Settings" and adjust mode if the step counter is not accurately recording your steps

* If you use cleaning tools, add our app to the "ignore" list so that the step counter doesn't get shut down

* Everyone is different, so be sure to adjust the step counter sensitivity if needed
